RYASAP -- Regional Youth Adult Social Action Partnership Robert Francis
RYASAP provides youth and young adult leadership development, juvenile justice system diversion, substance abuse and gambling prevention, and support for ADAM for youth and families in Monroe.

The Center for Family Justice, Inc. Debra Greenwood
CFJ provides crisis and supportive services to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence and child abuse in six local communities, including Monroe. It’s free, confidential services are available to anyone impacted by the trauma of abuse. It operates 24 hotlines, a domestic violence safe house, counseling, legal and self-sufficiency services, housing assistance and survivor support groups.
