Tax bills for fiscal 2010/2011 are mailed the last week of June 2010.
NOTE: Tax bills contain the July and January payment stubs.

1st half payment due July 1. Last to day pay without penalty August 2, 2010.
2nd half payment due January 1. Last to day pay without penalty February 1, 2011.

• Delinquent Notice mailed mid-February
• Tax Collector’s Demand mailed mid-March
• Real Estate liens filed end of March 
• Alias Tax Warrant mailed mid-April
• Motor Vehicle liens filed when warrant is issued
