Outreach Program

The Senior Outreach Program is available to Monroe residents age 60 and older that may be temporarily or permanently confined to their home, isolated, frail, or low-income.

Barbara Yeager is the Outreach Worker for the Town of Monroe.

She provides assistance to the elderly population with Federal/State/Town entitlement programs. Ms. Yeager advocates positive relationships with Seniors and their families through educating them regarding available resources and services.
