 Age Requirements

Applicants 18 years of age or over do not require parental consent to marry in Connecticut.

Time Limitations

Marriage License:
The license is valid for sixty-five days from the date of application.

Fee

The charge is $30.00.

Where to obtain your license

The Marriage License may be obtained from your Town of Residence of the Town the ceremony is to be performed in.
