The Monroe Arts Council is a non-profit organization encouraging participation in all of the fine and performing arts in the Monroe community. Serving as an informational arts resource, the Council is a liaison between the artists and the community. We believe in the importance of supporting and developing each individual's opportunity to enjoy the arts experience of choice in our community.
