Disaster Emergency Supply Checklist

First Aid Kit

Sterile adhesive bandages in assorted sizes Latex gloves (2 pair)
2-inch sterile gauze pads (4-6) Tube of petroleum jelly or other lubricant
4-inch sterile gauze pads (4-6) Assorted sized safety pins
Hypoallergenic adhesive tape Cleansing agent / soap
Triangular bandages (3) Sunscreen
2-inch & 4-inch sterile roller bandages (3 rolls each) Aspirin or non-aspirin pain reliever
Antiseptic ointment Anti-diarrhea / Antacid medication
Scissors Laxative
Tweezers Syrup of Ipecac (used to induce vomiting if advised by The Poison Control Center
Moistened towelettes Activated charcoal (if advised by the Poison Control Center)


(Rotate your stored food every six months)
Ready to eat canned meats, fruits and vegetables Foods for infants, elderly persons or persons on special diets
