3/26/2018 - INFORMATIONAL NOTICE of Planning & Zoning Modified Application Process

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY….The Monroe Planning and Zoning Department is pleased to issue the attached INFORMATIONAL NOTICE announcing a substantive change in the processing of the following Planning and Zoning Commission land use development applications:

The intent of the change is aimed at reducing the extent of paper copies required and to get applicants in front of the Commission at the very beginning of the application review process.

Please also note that the Department has created new related APPLICATION FORMS which are available on the Planning and Zoning webpage.

The Department believes the processing modification will enhance and improve the application review for all involved.
