6/5/2018 - Request for Proposals Food Concession at Wolfe Park



UPDATED NOTICE – June 4, 2018

Dear Monroe Food Service Establishment:

The Town of Monroe is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from food service establishments to operate the food concession at Wolfe Park for the 2018 season starting no later than July 1, 2018 and through the fall youth football season, with the option to propose operation for the 2019-2022 seasons from Memorial Day weekend through the fall youth football season.

The complete bid package, including bid submission form, further details and schedule may be obtained by contacting the First Selectman’s Office at 203-452-2821 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, through Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday. 

Important Notes

Final bid submissions must be delivered by 1:00 p.m. on June 15, 2018.  Actual receipt is required by that time.  Deposit in the mail is not sufficient.  No submissions may be accepted or withdrawn after this deadline.  The party submitting a response to this RFP shall be solely responsible for timely delivery.  There will be no acceptance of late proposals and the Town of Monroe does not accept any responsibility for a late filing for any person and/or entity responding to this RFP.
